Ive had a lot of issues with mechanics. Ive heard good things about RJ Shore and gave them a try. The first good thing was they actually honored my appointment and worked on my car as scheduled! The office manager is very on top of it, professional and NICE. The mechanic, Mitch, was amazing, diagnosed a very bad problem in minutes, was completely honest, and provided an honest recommendation for my car. Theyre my new one stop shop. Love them.

Had my car stolen, and it ended up here. I honestly think all the damage the car sustained came from the tow. I know it's whatever when your car is stolen. However they sort of presented the whole thing like they were doing me a favor. $225 for 3 pieces of plastic to cover the open windows. Awesome it's done. $75 a rip? Ya ok.... plus the tow. 4 change total.... oh and after several phone calls arranging the pickup and confirming it's the car. They failed to say they don't accept credit cards for this particular "service" lol once I indicated no one said this to me- a "call" was made to the back to see if it was ok. Naturally, it was. Just not really comforting in the whole thing. The insurance guy was more supportive with me. I felt like John Hammond pitching Jurassic park to the group, and the lawyer was the only one on his side. RJ! A little more soft skills.

MVA had vehicle towed here. With permission of insurance company I swapped out tires and rims. Actual price was half the initial quote b/c work was less than anticipated. Who does this!?!?! RJ Shore where honesty with people who don't know the difference still exists!

Great garage every one does a good job

When I was down to my last and my car was towed they stole all the change from my center console. Way to kick a man while he’s down; I quite frankly won’t soon forget this places’ transgressions and if you’re wise you won’t bring your car here.

Bring my 2007 Tacoma and 2019 Lincoln for service. Excellent work and a great group to work with. Keep me informed, fair prices and never an issue.

Car broke down on the highway, got to the shop and they got us in and out within an hour! Didn't try to upcharge us at all. Heather and the crew were phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

I was referred here by GEICO to tow my car to a nearby dealership. I was given an ETA of 60 minutes and waited 70 minutes then I called. The blatant disrespect and disregard for the bare minimum customer service is alarming. Rude is an understatement. I do not recommend this sad excuse of an establishment. Shut the towing department down.

Anyone with a track or race car knows how hard it is to get a performance alignment. Alot of shops refuse to do anything outside of factory specifications which after installing camber offset bushings on my miata would be impossible. Everyone at RJ shore Branford were eager to help get my car setup correctly.The technician was very knowledgeable and asked for all the numbers I wanted and got the car spot on. I'll be coming back whenever I need to make alignment changes or check up on it.
