Maddie, the service manager is a pleasure to work with in the Branford location. She is accommodating and thorough. In two recent visits I had regular maintenance completed, plus a serpentine belt replaced, front break rotors and front & rear pads. The service technicians (Harry and the others) do a great job each time they work on my 10 year old Honda Pilot. All work was completed on time and within the estimate. I suggest you use them.
