My car got sabotaged by someone too stupid to do their research and see if it was the person they believed it belonged to. AAA sent Brandon out to tow it, and he was very polite, honest, and helpful, but perhaps most importantly very, very careful with my car, which I love, despite it being late and freezing. He helped make a really bad situation more tolerable, and I'm very grateful he was the one dispatched.
