Here's the follow-up to my previous review. I contacted R J Shore about a dislodged shield that I had to replace for $255 after they replaced my radiator. I spoke with Melissa, who was very professional and apologetic. I am a reasonable person and am happy that she is, too. She spoke with the team there and graciously offered to stand by their philosophy of keeping their customers safe and providing good customer service. So, problem solved, all is forgiven.
