Having automotive service performed by RJ Shore couldn't have been more convenient. I was able to drop off my car before I went to work, and before the day was thru, it was all set. When I picked it up, there were no surprise charges, and I paid pretty much what I was given as an estimate. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Here's the follow-up to my previous review. I contacted R J Shore about a dislodged shield that I had to replace for $255 after they replaced my radiator. I spoke with Melissa, who was very professional and apologetic. I am a reasonable person and am happy that she is, too. She spoke with the team there and graciously offered to stand by their philosophy of keeping their customers safe and providing good customer service. So, problem solved, all is forgiven.
