The AC Compressor locked up causing the drive belt to break on my 2006 Mazda3. I believe they were more than fair for what they charged for the amount of work/parts needed to fix my car. It was towed to R J Shore Automotive on Wednesday morning and picked it up that afternoon! Thanks to everyone at R J Shore!

Will I get a discount if I say nice things? If I keep coming back something must be right. Tell Jim he better start providing coffee an like the old B&J and a Pizza party at Christmas time. That's called a business expense and it's tax deductible. I'll rate RJ after the !st Christmas party.

I don't have much towing experience to compare this review to, but my experience last night was top notch! The first part of my experience was talking to the receptionist who was able to get my information, ask questions, give me pricing as well as how far away the tow truck was. I had to call back to change my final destination but that was done with no issue either. She was VERY nice and helpful (as I am sure they were getting bombarded with calls all day during a snow storm). I was told my tow truck was 30 minutes out (I had 2 flat tires and she perfectly requested the flat bed tow truck as well) - she was knowledgeable and that was great. The truck arrive in about 20 minutes, the driver (Steve) was very friendly and told me to wait in the truck. He loaded my car in minutes and we were off to the Auto Body. Steve was an awesome guy, friendly, happy, seemed to really enjoy what he was doing and didn't seem like this was a pain in the ass (I don't it's his job, but DMV workers hate their jobs sooo....). It was a great experience overall. He dropped my car off, took payment and was off to the next job. RJ - Steve is by far a great worker! Props, don't let that guy go.

Outstanding service. Really nice people at this place. Bryan even noticed and complimented that my car was an r design. No one does that. I will be back and will readily refer people to this place. In all, I was both pleased and impressed with my experience.
