The mechanic, Keith, provided text messages with images of the problems that were occurring on the vehicle. The problems were corrected in a timely manner. I am pleased with the outcome.

Being from Ohio and new to the Branford area, I happened by RJ Shore Automotive. I stopped in to check them out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian set an appointment for the very next day! I had an issue with my Jeep from the time I bought it, TWO years ago. There were many attempts to fix it by multiple mechanics, to no avail. RJ Shore diagnosed AND CORRECTED my problem on the first attempt. KUDOS! It runs GR8! FINALLY!

As always the staff at shore took great care of me. Brian is an awesome guy, love talking with Bruce and the guys. Nothing beats the friendship of a local shop and how they take care of their customers.

Excellent service!! From towing to repair to customer transport, I've nothing to complain about. Repair seemed a little pricey, but I can't be sure it's much different from the competition. I'm glad we've got RJShore in town !

RJ Shore was able to take my car on short notice and perform the necessary repairs the same day. As always, they were professional, courteous & efficient.
